Supplies needed:
PaintShopPro — I used X7 but any version will work
Floral image and matching tube of choice.
Font of choice — I used Yaquote Script.
Mask 496 by Insatiable Dreams.

Plugins needed:
Eye Candy 4 — Gradient Glow
Eye Candy 5 Impact — Perspective Shadow
Mura’s Meister — Copies

Ready? Set? Go!
Open a 400x400 canvas to start and flood fill with white.
Open your image of choice, hit Shift+D on your keyboard to duplicate the image.
Close the original.
On the new image file, duplicate the background layer.
Working on the original, resize by 75%, all layers unchecked.
Working on the duplicate resize by 50%, all layers unchecked.

Copy the resized original image layer,
and return to your 400x400 canvas.
Paste as a new layer.
Apply Mura’s Meister – Copies with the Wallpaper Rotate,
changing the number of copies from 8 to 4.

Next, Adjust – Blur – Motion Blur with an angle of 300,
and a strength of 100%.
Rename this layer Blur 1.

IF this did not fill your canvas, the do the following:
Copy the duplicate resized image layer as a new layer
BENEATH the Blur 1 layer.

Repeat Mura’s Meister – Copies, with the same settings.
Repeat the Motion Blur with the same settings.

Merge the two blurred layers together.

Apply Mask 496 to the blurred layer,
Source Luminance, Fit to Layer, and Hide all Mask checked.
Right click on your Mask group, and choose Merge Group.
Resize by 80%, all layers unchecked.

There is a bit of mask that needs erased, because it sticks out.
The example below shows which portion of the mask to erase.

Open the tube that matches your image of choice.
Shift +D to duplicate, and close the original.
If your tube has multiple layers, choose your favorite.
Resize by 50% or to a percentage of your choice, all layers unchecked.

Copy and paste the resized tube as a new layer above your mask layer.
Apply the following drop shadow using Eye Candy 5 – Perspective Shadow,
or a drop shadow program of choice:

Hide the white background layer.
Edit – Copy – Copy Special – Copy Merged.
Paste the new layer above the tube layer.

Adjust – Blur – Gaussian Blur at 10.00.
Change the settings of this layer to Hard Light.

Choose a pixel font of choice, add your copyrights, license, and tagger’s mark.

Choose another font of choice, color – white.
Add your name.
When you’re happy with the placement, convert to raster layer.

Apply a thick 3.00 gradient glow to your name in a color that compliments your tube.
Duplicate the name layer.
On the original, add a drop shadow of choice, or the one used on the tube.
Lower the opacity of this layer to 65%.
On the duplicate, Adjust – Gaussian Blur at 10.00.
Change the settings of this layer to Hard Light.

Crop away excess canvas,
delete the white background layer,
save as .png and you’re done!
Thank you so much for trying my tutorial, I would love to see your results!

Below is another example using the art of Erin Ewer, also available at MTA. The font used in this example is WaterBrushROB.
