Open your image of choice,
copy and return to your 400x400 canvas.
Paste as a new layer.
Resize the image layer by 65%, all layers unchecked.
Apply Mura’s Meister – Copies with the Wallpaper Rotate with the default settings.

Next, Adjust – Blur – Motion Blur with an angle of 300,
and a strength of 100%.
Repeat twice.
Rename this layer Blur 1.

Image  – Crop to Selection.

Duplicate the Blur 1 layer,
and hide the original.

Working on the duplicate, apply Filter Factory E – Metal Peacocks with the default settings.
Next apply Graphics Plus – Cut Glass with the following settings:

Still working on the same layer, apply Xero – Serious Fog with the following settings:

Source Luminance, Fit to Canvas, and Hide all Mask checked.
Right click on your Mask group, and choose Merge Group.
Rename this layer Mask 1.

Unhide the Blur 1 layer.
Apply WSL Mask 90 to this layer,

In your layer palette,
arrange the layers so that Mask 2 is above the Mask 1 layer.
Change the settings of the Mask 2 layer to Overlay,
or a setting suitable to your tag.

Open the tube that matches your image of choice.
Shift +D to duplicate, and close the original.
If your tube has multiple layers, choose your favorite.
DO NOT RESIZE YET!

Copy the chosen tube into a new layer above the Mask 2 layer.
Arrange the tube so that it is on one side of the masked layers.
Duplicate the tube layer.

Paste the new layer above the Tube layer.

Adjust – Blur – Gaussian Blur at 15.00.
Change the settings of this layer to Hard Light.
Rename this layer Full Light.

Grab the eclipse tool.
Foreground, any color of choice.
Background, null.
Stroke 8.00.

Holding down the Shift key,
draw out a circle just a bit larger than the WSL Mask 53 layer.
DO NOT CONVERT TO RASTER LAYER!

Drag the vector circle layer down in the layers palette,
until it is above the WSL Mask 53 layer.

Click the top-most layer on your canvas,
which should be the Full Light layer.

Grab your text tool and choose a font of your choice,
as well as a color of choice suitable to your tag.
I used Dillenia UPC for a font, size 24 pixels, color #1c2434.

Hover your text tool over the edge of the vector circle,
until it gives you the circular text icon.
Click and then add a saying of choice to suit your tag.
I used ‘heaven sent me a stained glass angel.’

Repeat the word or phrasing until it completes a circle around the mask layer.
Right click the text layer, convert to raster layer.
Rename this layer Circular Text.
You may now delete the vector circle layer.

Duplicate the Circular Text layer.
Adjust – Blur – Gaussian Blur at 3.00.
Change the settings of this layer to Hard Light.
Lower the opacity of this layer to 75%.
Rename this layer Text Blur.

If needed, drag the Circular Text and Text Blur layers
beneath the Full Light and Tube layers.

Hide the white background layer.
Right click the top most layer,
Merge Visible.

Unhide the white background layer.

Choose a pixel font of choice, add your copyrights, license, and tagger’s mark.

Choose another font of choice, color – white.
Add your name.
When you’re happy with the placement, convert to raster layer.

Duplicate the name layer.
On the duplicate apply Lokas Artistic Effects – Ice with the default settings,
making sure to turn off the color overlay.

On the original apply a 3.00 gradient glow of choice in a color that compliments your tag.
Add a drop shadow of choice, or the one used on the tube.
Merge the two name layers together.

Duplicate the name layer once again.
On the duplicate, Adjust – Gaussian Blur at 3.00.
Change the settings of this layer to Hard Light.
Change the opacity of the original name layer to 85%.

Crop away excess canvas,
delete the white background layer,
save as .png and you’re done!
Thank you so much for trying my tutorial, I would love to see your results!
